• Dates are offered on a first come, first serve basis.  
• It’s generally a good rule of thumb to book your caterer at the same time as your venue, to make sure the date works for both.  
• Generally 12-15 months prior to the wedding date is good.

• If your venue provides a point of contact to ensure your wedding flows seamlessly, vendors are managed and the night goes according to your timeline, then no.

• If you need help with planning... we do offer (2) different Wedding Coordination services that depend on what you need guidance with.
• Our "Finishing Touches" Wedding Coordination helps with last minute details and makes sure that your rehearsal, ceremony and reception run smoothly according to your vision. We accomplish this with a few phone calls and 1 in person meeting to review all the finer details and assist where needed to bring everything together.

• Our "Happily Ever After" Full Service Wedding Coordination allows us to advise, assist and guide you through the planning process and make sure that your pre-planning, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception run smoothly according to your vision. We are here to provide recommendations for all vendor categories, conduct several planning meetings and lead the communication in pulling all the details together.

• We work with a licensed bartending service that will be contracted through us to serve your alcohol.

• Hudson's Edge does not carry the licensing to purchase alcohol. Most of the venues we service allow the client to purchase and provide their own alcohol and then we are able to serve it by using licensed bartenders.

• We do not make tiered wedding cakes.
• We do have a wonderfully talented pastry chef on staff that creates delectable desserts that create the perfect dessert bar or to compliment a wedding cake you plan on having.

• If you have contracted our Worry-Free service package, this does include us setting up and tearing down your decor.
• This service typically includes setting centerpieces and other small misc. decor. We require that items are assembled and marked for placement to ensure our efficiency on wedding day.
• Please note: this does not include ceremony decor or our staff having to use ladders to hang items such as draping, hedge walls, neon signs etc. or tacking anything to your venue’s walls.

• While it is important to make sure our estimate total meets within your catering budget, there will be plenty of planning time leading up to your wedding day to make tweaks to your menu. You’ll work directly with one of our Event Managers to discuss menus throughout the planning process with us.

• Yes; we offer monthly tastings at area venues throughout central Ohio.
• For dates, locations and to RSVP, please reach out to your Hudson’s Edge Sales Manager.

• We accept all major credit cards with no processing fees. If you prefer to pay via check, you can mail it to our London shop location.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• If a deposit is collected for an event that later gets canceled, the deposit amount will become a credit that can be used toward 1 or 2 events (2 max) within a year of placing the deposit. Stipulations for types of events and services will apply.
